Pump Fun Tokens After They Graduate How to Buy, Set Take Profit and Exit on Banana Gun

Once a Pump.fun token graduates, it leaves the bonding curve for a regular pool, which GMGN labels “pump_amm”. Paste the contract into Banana Gun, check liquidity, buy small and set the exit first. Spidey Show fell from a $1.24M peak to $3.3K in about a day (GMGN, 20 Oct 2026).

If you searched pump fun, the next question is what happens to a token after the curve ends. The answer is a different market, with a pool that can be thin and an exit that only works if you set it before the price turns.

A Telegram trading bot leaves that market as it is and makes your entry size and your exit deliberate.

What happens when a Pump.fun token graduates?

A new token starts on a bonding curve. The contract always buys and sells, and early buyers get lower prices by design. Most curve tokens never graduate, per Banana Gun’s blog on how a bonding curve launch works (20 Aug 2026).

A token that does graduate moves into a regular DEX pool. GMGN’s data on 20 Oct 2026 shows the graduated ones trading in “pump_amm”, Pump.fun’s own AMM.

On the curve, the contract is your counterparty. After graduation you trade against a pool, and its liquidity is whatever sits in it. Graduation changes the venue and says nothing about whether to buy.

Which graduated tokens traded most in the last 24 hours?

GMGN’s Solana trending list on 20 Oct 2026, around 21:20 UTC, sorted by 24h volume, shows Pump.fun as the launchpad for 15 of the top 20. Seven graduated ones are below, each with its pool labelled “pump_amm” and the pool age GMGN reports.

They are what traded, not picks.

  1. Pokémon D42TjMjz5H7toPu5md5KBXreZkCSdZMEfLQwmBhJXvb1: market cap $1.39M, peak $4.36M, up about 10,478%, pool open about 47 hours
  2. Dacity Coin nxPqZ4F7ux8Vph5NFu25rEP6Kx9Gr1U6Fmj36Rjpump: $9.09M, peak $11.07M, up 41.8%, about 226 hours
  3. the collectooor ESnW5ZbLmoEAg2QEMxnMsY9R3aS8Kw58HJacYURmpump: $161K, peak $1.14M, up 167%, about 26 hours
  4. For Our Futures (Onion) 7gPmhsksQ5vwtgE7vCn121qHyZjep4R5J7NNDygaHTho: $83.8K, peak $554K, up 1,013%, about 31 hours
  5. Universal High Income (UHI) FGkCj28xhabWTYg9QyzACvs4NsN6LUyesP6EwiHepump: $119K, peak $1.77M, down 79.8%, about 45 hours
  6. Spidey Show 6gAHVhDcHkh2L4j7ZMAbhreRVNnjnH5igAZvACAjpump: $3.3K, peak $1.24M, down 99.0%, about 24 hours
  7. Claudia 2j5SaS7xy776qCBpyPQbZjyQSAtKiFgrwjfErthnW2ZM: $4.76M, peak $11.9M, down 11.7%, about 332 hours

Why do so many graduates fall so fast?

Look at the peak column. Pokémon sits 68% below its own peak even after a 10,000% day. Claudia is at less than half of hers.

Thin liquidity does the rest. Spidey Show traded $3.30M in 24 hours and ended with $2,093 of liquidity and a $3.3K market cap, 99.7% below its peak (GMGN, 20 Oct 2026).

A token can trade many times its market cap in a day. The last holders then find nobody on the other side.

Smart-money interest does not protect you either. GMGN counted 167 smart wallets holding UHI, and it still dropped 79.8% in 24 hours.

A take profit has the same weakness. If the price never reaches your trigger, the order never sells, and a token that peaks just under it hands you the whole fall.

How do you buy a graduated token on a Telegram trading bot?

Open the Telegram trading bot, go to “Wallet Setup”, and tap “Create Wallet” or “Import Wallet”. The private key is shown once, so save it. Send at least 0.1 SOL to the address under /wallets.

Paste the contract, or a pump.fun, Birdeye or DexScreener link, into the chat. The buy menu lists Token, DEX, Market Cap, Liquidity in SOL, Price and Tax.

Read Liquidity before anything else. A market cap means little if the pool holds almost no SOL.

To find candidates without GMGN, the public Trending page on Banana Gun Pro (beta, no login) filters by max token age, minimum market cap, minimum liquidity and minimum volume.

Tap a small preset “Buy” and wait for “Buy Success”. The position shows under /positions.

If a buy fails, Banana Gun’s docs say to raise the buy gas, raise the MEV tip, or raise slippage on volatile tokens. “Insufficient Funds” means keep at least 0.05 SOL spare.

How do you set the exit before it dumps?

Paste the contract again and tap “Setup Sell Limit Order”. Set “Tokens” to the share you want to sell, “Active” to how long the order lives, and choose “Take Profit”, triggered on “Market Cap” or “Token Price”.

A +300% take profit is 4x. On a 0.5 SOL buy with “Tokens” at 80%, that is about 1.6 SOL back before fees and slippage, with about 0.4 SOL still in the token at that moment.

The 4x is a setting you choose, not an expected result.

Each sell limit order is either Take Profit or Stop Loss. “Trailing Stop Loss” raises its trigger as price makes new highs.

If you copy a wallet that trades graduates, “Copy Sells” mirrors its exits. The copy still lands after the wallet’s trade, so you get a worse price on a fast move.
